•        Effective date: July 30, 2024
•        Reason: The Company has organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024
•      Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

On July 25, 2024, HNX announces the status of Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company’s shares (Upcom: SGS) as follows:
- SGS shares are put out of alert from July 30, 2024 due to the reason(s) that the company has organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 according to Point b, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- SGS shares are under trading restriction following Decision No. 531/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024 due to the company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days; according to Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
