KLB: Change in personnel

Kien Long Commercial Joint Stock Bank announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Tran Ngoc Minh has been appointed Chair of the BOD, Legal Representative with effect since July 09, 2024;
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh has been appointed Member of the BOD for the rest of the term 2023-2027 with effect since July 09, 2024;
- Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang has been dismissed from Chair of the BOD with effect since July 09, 2024;
- Mr. Tran Ngoc Minh has been dismissed from General Manager, Vice-chair of the BOD with effect since July 09, 2024.
