TAR: Decision on being put under trading restriction (TAR)

Following Decision No.624/QD-SGDHN dated May 30, 2024, HNX announces the following TAR stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Base for consideration: Decision No.414/QD-SGDHN dated 24/04/2024 of HNX on mandatory delisting;
- Reason: the company was delisted mandatorily because the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Effective date: 29/5/2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly ;
- Applicable law(s): Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put under trading restriction, Trung An Hi - Tech Farming Joint Stock Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
