On June 17, 2024, Saigon Port Joint Stock Company (UPCOM: SGP) received Official Dispatch No. 3739/UBCK-PTTT dated June 14, 2024 of State Securities Commission (SSC), in which the maximum foreign ownership rate of SGP is 49%.
