PVL: The unsuccessful organization of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 for the 1st time

On June 28, 2024, the company announced the unsuccessful organization of Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 2024 for the 1st time due to the attendance rate: 32.50% (equivalent to 16,249,563 shares) of total voting shares. The 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 did not meet the percentage of 50% attending shares according to Article 145 of the Law on Enterprises.
