In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
Shareholders who receive dividends via bank transfer should complete the Application for payment of dividends via bank transfer according to the form posted on the Company's website at https://www.masanconsumer.com and send it to the office of Masan Consumer Corporation
