HNX: Notice on the cancellation of selling transactions of AAS and POB shares

Pursuant to the direction of the State Securities Commission in Official Dispatch No. 3476/UBCK-TT dated May 31, 2024 on handling the transactions of an investor - Mr. Tran Minh Hoang.
According to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 16 of the Regulations on listing and trading of listed securities issued under Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Stock Exchange; Provisions of Clause 4, Article 307 of Decree No.155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, Hanoi Stock Exchange will remove the selling transaction of 8,781,250 of AAS shares on May 30, 2024 and the selling transaction of 60,500 of POB shares on May 30, 2024 of Mr. Tran Minh Hoang.
