DIC: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 684/QD-SGDHN dated June 27, 2024 superseding Decision No. 542/QD-SGDHN dated 23/5/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DIC stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Reasons: the auditing organization gave disclaimer of opinions on the Financial Statements 2023; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Annual Financial Statements 2023;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX to explain and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On June 27, 2024, HNX announces the status of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DIC) as follows:
- DIC shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 684/QD-SGDHN dated 27/6/2024 due to the reasons that the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2023;
the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in annual Financial Statement 2023 as prescribed at points a, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- DIC shares are under alert according to Decision No. 682/QD-SGDHN dated 07/7/2023 as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange due to the reason that according to clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year.
