* Decision on stock under supervision: Following Decision No. 441/QD-SGDHN dated May 04, 2024, HNX announces the supervision of the stock as follows: - Issuer: Tung Khanh Trading and Manufacturing Joint Stock Company - Securities type: common stock - Stock code: TKG - Effective date: 09/05/2024 - Reason: The Company was late in submiting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 over 30 days from the deadline of information disclosure. - Applicable law(s): Point h Section 1 Article 38 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange Within 15 days from the date of this decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
