QBS: Decision on QBS Stock under trading restriction

HNX announces the following stock will be put under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Quang Binh Import and Export Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: QBS
- Base of review: Following Decision No. 209/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 10/04/2024, Regarding delisting of shares
- Reason: The Company is forced into mandatory delisting out of the auditor's disclaimer of opinion on the Financial Statements 2023
- Effective date: 23/05/2024
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday. 
- Applicable laws: Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
