PTE: The unsuccessful organization of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024 for the 1st time and Invitation for the 2nd organinzation of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2024

On May 31, 2024, the company announced the unsuccessful organization of Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 2024 for the 1st time due to the attendance rate: 29.72% (equivalent to 3,605,745 shares) of total voting shares. The 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 did not meet the percentage of 50% attending shares according to Article 145 of the Law on Enterprises. The Company will conduct the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
Annual General Meeting of Shareholder 2023 for the 2nd time will be organized on 26/06/2024.
