On 07/05/2024, HNX announced that the following stock has been put under alert under Decision No. 457/QD-SGDHN: - Issuer: KTT Investment Group Joint Stock Company - Stock code: KTT - Effective date: 09/05/2024 - Reason: the Company has undistributed profit after tax at Audited Financial Statements 2022 was negative. - Basice of review: Audited Financial Statements 2022 - Applicable regulation: Point b, Section 1, Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. - Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
