HNX: Notice of stock status (TAR)

On May 30, 2024, HNX announces the status of Trung An Hi - Tech Farming Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TAR) as follows:
- TAR stock is under trading restriction since May 31, 2024 according to Decision No. 624/QD-SGDHN dated May 30, 2024 due to the reasons that the Company was delisted mandatorily because the auditor gave a disclaimer opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2023 under Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Exchange;
