HNX: Decision on trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 473/QD-SGDHN dated May 14, 2024, HNX announces the trading restriction of SCD stock as follows:
- Ground for trading restriction: Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Annual Financial Statement of 2023
- Effective date: 15/4/2024;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point a Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction, Chuong Duong Beverage Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
