Pursuant to the Document No. 18/BHG-TB dated 02/05/2024 of Bien Ho Tea Joint Stock Company regarding the cancellation of the shareholder list for attending 2024 Annual General Meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list  for holding 2024 Annual General Meeting on the record date of 13th March 2024
Reason for cancellation: The company needs more time to complete the meeting documents.
