* Share issue to outstanding shareholders:
- Number of shares to be issued: 6,468,000
- Exercise rate: 100:210 (1 share gets 1 right, 100 rights get 210 new shares).

- Rounding method:
+ The number of additional shares offered to existing shareholders is rounded down to the unit. The number of odd shares arising from rounding down will be added to the number of remaining shares that have not been or are not fully subscribed for processing.
For example: Shareholder A owns 1,115 shares at the record date of the list of shareholders to exercise the right. With a right exercise ratio of 100:210; The number of shares shareholder A is entitled to buy in this offering is: (1,115 x 210)/100 = 2,341.5 shares. - Plan for handling fractional shares and unsold shares:
(1) number of shares issued by shareholders who do not exercise their right to purchase; (2) the number of fractional shares arising from rounding down when calculating shares purchased by outstanding shareholders; (3) the difference in the number of shares arising between the total number of shares requested to be offered (6,468,000 shares) and the total number of shares actually issued with the exercise rate of rights (if any)): The Board of Directors has the right to distribute the unsubscribed shares to YTECO shareholders or others in a reasonable manner with conditions no more favorable than the conditions offered to outstanding shareholders and these shares will be restricted from transferring within 01 (one) year from the date of completion of the offering, unless these shares are purchased by the underwriting organization as committed in the underwriting contract. The distribution of unsold shares must ensure compliance with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 of the Government and Article 195 of the Law on Enterprises. The Board of Directors decides to select a list of investors and decide on the number of undistributed shares to be allocated to each investor based on the following specific criteria:
* YTECO staff.
* Or other organizations or individuals with financial capacity (not limited to YTECO shareholders).
In case after the Board of Directors processes as above, there are still undistributed shares, the underwriting organization will purchase all remaining shares at a price of VND 20,000 VND/share.
