WTC: Change in personnel

Vinacomin waterway transport joint stock company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Trinh Trung Uy has resigned from Chair of the BOD with effect since 10/4/2024;
- Both Mr. Pham The Trong Toan, Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hien, Mr. Trinh Manh Hung, and Ms. Dang Thu Huong have resigned from Member of the BOD with effect since 10/4/2024; 
- Ms. Bui Thi Linh has resigned from Chief of Supervisory Board with effect since 10/4/2024; 
- Both Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy and Mr. Tran The Nam have resigned from Member of Supervisory Board with effect since 10/4/2024; 
- Mr. Trinh Trung Uy has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 10/4/2024;
- Mr. Pham The Trong Toan has been appointed Member of the BOD, Manager for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 10/4/2024;
- Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hien has been appointed Member of the BOD, Deputy Manager for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 10/4/2024;
- Mr. Trinh Manh Hung and Ms. Dang Thu Huong has been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 10/4/2024;
- Ms. Bui Thi Linh has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 10/4/2024;
- Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy and Mr. Tran The Nam has has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 10/4/2024.
