VMS: Change in personnel

Vietnam Maritime Development JSC announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr. Le Dong has been dismissed from his position of Capital representative with effect since 10/04/2024
- Ms. Duong Thi Hong Hanh has been dismissed from her position of Chief of the Supervisory Board with effect since 10/04/2024
- Mr. Vu Viet Thang has been appointed member of the Board of Directors with effect for the term 2022-2027 since 10/04/2024
- Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Dung has been appointed Chief of the Supervisory Board in place of Ms. Duong Thi Hong Hanh for the term 2022-2027 with effect since 10/04/2024
