On 01/04/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of VE1 shares as follows:
-  Under alert under Decision No. 200/QD-SGDHN dated 01/04/2024 because the undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 is negative
-  Under supervision under Decision No. 201/QD-SGDHN dated 01/04/2024 because the profit after tax of the Company in 2022 and 2023 in the Audited Financial Statements 2023 is negative
