No 9 Construction Join Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Mr.Tran Thach Tan has been dismissed from his chairmanship of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/04/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Dai Thu has been dismissed from his independent membership of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/04/2024
- Mr. Vu Duc Cuong has been appointed Chair of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Tran Thach Tan for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 22/04/2024
- Mr. Tran Thach Tan has been appointed Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 22/04/2024
- Mr. Nguyen Viet Cuong has been appointed independent member of the Board of Directors in place of Mr. Nguyen Dai Thu for the term 2020-2025 with effect since 22/04/2024
