VC2: Notice on stock status

On April 19, 2024, HNX announces the status of VINA2 Investment and Construction JSC (stock code: VC2) as follows: VC2 stock is under alert under Decision No. 400/QD-SGDHN dated April 19, 2024 because the Company was late in disclosing the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 15 working days from the deadline of information disclosure.
