- Mr. Vu Dinh Trung has been appointed Deputy Head of North Sai Gon Branch with effect from 15/04/2024 to 31/01/2025
- Mr. Nguyen Trong Phuc has been dismissed from Head of North Sai Gon Branch and Deputy General Manager of Viet Nam Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank with effect since15/04/2024 
- Mr. Nguyen Anh Khoa has been dismissed from Head Dong Thap Branch  with effect since 15/04/2024 
- Mr. Nguyen Tien Nghia has been appointed Head of Dong Thap Branch with effect from 15/04/2024 to 30/04/2025
