TVG: Decision to change from being put on alert to trading restriction and Notice of Stock status

Following Decision No. 331/QD-SGDHN dated April 04, 2024, HNX announces the status to move from alert to trading restriction of TVG stock as follows:
     -  Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2023
 - Reason for trading restriction: The auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2023, 
- Other reason for trading restriction: The auditor gave a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statement 2023
- Effective date: 09/04/2024
- Trading restriction: be traded every Friday;
- Applicable law(s): Point c  Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Transport Investment and Construction Consultant JSC shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On April 4, 2024, HNX announces the status of  Transport Investment and Construction Consultant JSC’s shares (stock code: TVG) as follows:
TVG shares are put under trading restriction according to Decision No.331/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2024 due to the auditor give a disclaimer of opinion on Audited Financial Statements 2023 according to the provisions at Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
