TVC: Decision on being put out of alert and Notice on stock status
Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No. 385/QĐ-SGDHN dated April 12, 2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange, HNX announces that the following stock has been put out of alert as follows: - Issuer: Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company - Stock code: TVC - Effective date: April 16, 2024 - Reason: Undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2023 of the Company after audit turned positive and the auditor gave unqualified opinion on the Audited Financial Statements 2023 - Applicable laws: Points b & c Section 4 Article 37 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading of Listed securities as promulgated alongside Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated March 31, 2022 by the Board of Members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange. This Decision supersedes Decision No. 650/QD-SGDHN dated July 03, 2023 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on TVC stock under alert. On April 12, 2024, HNX announces the status of Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation JSC (stock code: TVC) as follows: TVC stock is put out of alert and returns to normalcy under Decision No. 385/QD-SGDHN dated April 12, 2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange as the undistributed profit after tax as of December 31, 2023 after audit turned positive and the auditor gave unqualified opinion on the Company's Audited Financial Statements 2023.
