On 24/04/2024, pursuant to Notice No. 2054/TB-SGDHN, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) officially admitted the compulsory delisting of the following stock:
  • Issuer: Trung An Hi-Tech Farming Joint Stock Company
  • Stock code: TAR
  • Securities type: common stock
  • Par value: VND 10,000/share
  • Volume of delisted shares: 78,319,777 shares
  • Value of delisted shares (by par value): VND783,197,770,000
  • Delisting date: 21/05/2024
  • Last trading day at HNX: 20/05/2024
  • Reason for the delisting: the auditor gave disclaimer of opinion on the Company's Audited Separate and Consolidated Financial Statements 2023, thus mandatory delisting under  Point h Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP.
