QNC: Decision on stock under continued alert and Notice on stock status

On 04/04/2024, HNX announced that the following stock remains under alert under Decision No. 316/QD-SGDHN:
-    Issuer: Quang Ninh Construction and Cement JSC
-    Stock code: QNC
-    Reason: the auditor has a qualified opinion to  Financial Statements 03 consecutive years or more.  
-    Ground for alert:  Audited Financial Statements 2023
-    Effective date: 04/04/2024
-  Applicable regulation: Point a section 1 Article 33 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.

On 04/04/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of QNC shares as follows:
-  Under alert under Decision No. 316/QD-SGDHN dated 04/04/2024 because the auditor has a qualified opinion to Financial Statements 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a section 1 Article 33 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
