According to Enterprise Law No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020, with a participation rate of 48.26% (equivalent to 7,240,000 shares) of the total number of shares with voting rights at the Congress. The 1st Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 does not require more than 50% of the shares with voting rights at the General Meeting, so the conditions for holding the General Meeting of Shareholders are not met.
