On 19/04/2024, HNX announced that the following stock remains under alert under Decision No. 406/QD-SGDHN: - Issuer: Erection Electromechanics Testing JSC - Stock code: LCD - Effective date: 24/04/2024 - Reason: The Company was late in disclosing the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 15 working days from the deadline of information disclosure. - Other reason: The auditor issued a disclaimer opinion for audited Financial Statements 2022 - Applicable regulation: Point c and g section 1 Article 37 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
