- Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Hai has been appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of charge of Administration and Human Resources for 5 years with effect since May 01, 2024;
- Mr. Nguyen Huy Thanh has been appointed Standing Deputy General Manager for 5 years with effect since June 01, 2024.
