DNL: Change in personnel

Da Nang Port Logistics Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:
- Tran Le Tuan has been appointed Chair of the BOD for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 16/04/2024;
- Bui Minh Hung, Tran Phuoc Hong, Dang Tran Gia Thoai, and Phan Bao Loc have been appointed Member of the BOD for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 16/04/2024;
- Tran Phuoc Khuong has been appointed Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 16/04/2024;
- Ngo Quoc Van, and Tran Thi Phuoc have been appointed Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2024-2029 with effect since 16/04/2024;
- Tran Le Tuan has been dismissed from Chair of the BOD for the term 2019-2024 with effect since 16/04/2024;
- Bui Minh Hung, Tran Phuoc Hong, Dang Tran Gia Thoai, and Phan Bao Loc have been dismissed from Member of the BOD for the term 2019-2024 with effect since 16/04/2024;
- Tran Phuoc Khuong has been dismissed from Chief of Supervisory Board for the term 2019-2024 with effect since 16/04/2024;
- Ngo Quoc Van, and Tran Thi Phuoc have been dismissed from Member of Supervisory Board for the term 2019-2024 with effect since 16/04/2024.
