BT6: Decision on the stock remains under trading restriction and Notice of stock status (1) Decision on the stock remains under trading restriction
Following Decision No. 413/QD-SGDHN dated April 24, 2024, HNX announces the following stock remains under trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Beton 6 Corporation
- Securities type: common stock
- Stock code: BT6
- Base of review: Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023
- Reason: The company’s equity is negative on Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023
- Form of restriction: Trading is available every Friday
- Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, V11 must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision replaces Decision No.1281/GD-SGDHN dated 07/12/2023
(2) Notice of stock status
On April 24, 2024, HNX announces the status of Beton 6 Corporation’s shares (stock code: BT6) as follows:
- BT6 shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No. 1282/QD-SGDHN dated 07/12/2023 because the company did not have any remedy to overcome the reason for trading suspension according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities; it belongs to the case of trading suspension as prescribed in Point e Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- BT6 shares remains under trading restriction due to the company’s equity is negative on Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023, according to the provisions at Point a, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
