DWC: Decision on being put on alert and Notice of stock status

On March 28, 2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 183/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:

·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: DWC
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2023
·         Reason: The audit organization have expressed the qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more
.          Effective date: 01/4/2024
·          Applicable law(s): Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in this Decision, DakLak Water Supply Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On March 28, 2024, HNX announces the status of DakLak Water Supply Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DWC) as follows: DWC shares are put on alert from 01/4/2024 according to Decision No.183/QD-SGDHN dated 28/03/2024 due to the reason(s) that the audit organization have expressed the qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
