DNN: Notice of stock status

On March 13, 2024, HNX announces the status of Da Nang Water Supply Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: DNN) as follows: DNN shares are put out of alert starting from 15/03/2024 due to the reason that the audit organization have expressed an unqualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements 2023 as prescribed at Point a, Clause 4 Article 33 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
