On 23/02/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 86/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:

·         Stock code: VHL
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2023
·         Effective date: 28/02/2024
·         Reason: Undistributed after-tax profits as of December 31, 2023 are negative.
·         Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Viglacera Ha Long JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
