TTZ: Notice on stock status (TTZ)

On January 31, 2024, HNX announces the status of Tien Trung Investment Construction and Technology Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TTZ) as follows: TTZ stock is under trading suspension since February 07, 2024 under Decision No. 50/QD-SGDHN dated January 31, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
