          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: The number of shares issued according to the rights distribution ratio for each shareholder is calculated as an integer, the decimal part will not be rounded to 01 share. The odd number of shares (if any) will be given to the PGBank Union.
For example: Shareholder A owns 1,051 shares x 40% = 420.4 shares. Shareholder A will 420 shares, the remaining 0.4 shares will be given to the PGBank Union.
