MIM: Notice on stock status (MIM)

On February 05, 2024, HNX announces the status of Mineral & Mechanical Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: MIM) as follows:
- MIM stock is under trading suspension since February 19, 2024 under Decision No. 63/QD-SGDHN dated February 05, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- MIM stock is also under trading restriction since February 19, 2024 under Decision No. 64/QD-SGDHN dated February 05, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting as the auditor gave disclaimer of opinions on the latest Financial Statements under Point c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange. The trading restriction involves trading only available every Friday from the date of the Company's trading suspension lifted.
