On 31/1/2024, HNX announces that the following stock will be put under alert as follows: - Issuer: Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company - Stock code: MHL - Securities type: common stock - Reason: The company was late in submit audited Financial statement for fiscal year ended at 30/9/2023 over 30 working days since due date. - Applicable regulation: Clause g, Point 1, Article 38 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange - Effective date: 6/2/2024 - The company must to send the explanation to HNX along with solving plan and roadmap to overcome the above situation.
