HNX: Notice on stock status (KLF)

On February 05, 2024, HNX announces the status of CFS Investment and Export Import Trading Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: KLF) as follows: KLF stock is under trading suspension since February 19, 2024 under Decision No. 66/QD-SGDHN dated February 05, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
