HLY: Notice of stock status

On February 19, 2024, HNX announces the status of Yen Hung Construction Ceramic Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: HLY) as follows: HLY shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Audited Financial Statement of 2023 as prescribed at point a Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
