HLA: Notice of stock status

On February 22, 2024, HNX announces the status of Huu Lien Asia Corporation's shares (stock code: HLA) as follows: HLA shares are under trading suspension according to Decision No.85/QD-SGDHN dated February 22, 2024 because the company did not have nay remedy to overcome the reason for trading restriction according to Point d Section 1 Article 46 of Law on Securities as prescribed in Point e Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
They are also under trading restriction according to Decision No.1275/QD-SGDHN dated December 07, 2023 because it did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law;the company is late in submitting audited financial statement 2021, 2022, 2023 for over 45 days; it also had negative owner equity in the Review Financial Statement 2020; it belongs to the cases of trading restriction as prescribed in Points  a, b, h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation on registration and management of transactions of unlisted securities promulgated together with the Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange; it is only traded on every Friday when it is out of trading suspension.
