-       Reason: The company has negative profit after tax in audited FS 2023
-       Applicable regulation: Clause b, Point 1, Article 38 Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
-       Effective date: 6/2/2024
-       The company must to send the explanation to HNX along with solving plan and roadmap to overcome the above situation.
Otherwises, HNX also announces that this shares are also being under alert based on Decision 55/QD-SGDHN and under supervision based on Decision 56/QD-SGDHN of HNX.
