       + Exercise rate: 6% of par value (shareholders receive VND 6 new shares for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares a shareholder receives is rounded down to units digit. Odd shares will be cancelled).

- For undeposited shares: Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete & Construction JSCC on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.
