TGG: Notice on stock status (TGG)

On December 19, 2023, HNX announces the status of The Golden Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TGG) as follows: TGG shares are put under trading suspension since December 29, 2023 under Decision No. 1333/QD-SGDHN dated December 22, 2023 as the Company was forced into delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 by the Government detailing the enforcement of a number of articles of the Law on Securities; thus classified as trading suspension under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
