- Mr. Mai Hoang Tam has been dismissed from Head of the strategy subcommittee of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024. 
- Mr. Pham Thanh Hung has been dismissed from Member of the strategy subcommittee of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024. 
- Mr. Pham Thanh Do has been dismissed from Member of the strategy subcommittee of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024. 
- Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu Chuong has been dismissed from Member of the strategy subcommittee and Member of investment group of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024. 
- Ms. Mat Bich Khuay has been dismissed from Member of the strategy subcommittee and Member of investment group of the strategy subcommittee of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024. 
- Mr. Nguyen Van Kiem has been dismissed from Head of the human resources subcommittee and Leader of investment group of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024. 
- Mr. Le Van Phuc has been dismissed from Member of the human resources subcommittee of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024. 
- Ms. Dang Thi Ngoc Huong has been dismissed from Member of the human resources subcommittee of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024. 
- Mr. Lam Van Cuong has been dismissed from Member of the human resources subcommittee of the Board of Directors with effect since 22/01/2024.
