- Mr. Phan Dinh Phong has been appointed Chair of the BOD, Legal Representative for the term 2022-2027 with effect since 22/01/2024;
- Mr. Trinh Duc Phu has been dismissed from Chair of the BOD, Legal Representative for the term 2022-2027 with effect since 22/01/2024.
