          - Exercise rate: 10:7 (Shareholder owning 01 share will receive 01 buying right and 10 buying rights will be entitled to buy 07 new shares)
          - Issue price: VND 10.000/share
          - Rounding method:
.The number of shares each shareholder is entitled to buy will be rounded down to the nearest unit.
For example: On the record date of the list of shareholders, shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 455 shares, corresponding to shareholder A owns 455 rights to buy shares. With the exercise rate being 10:7, the number of shares that shareholder A is entitled to buy is (455/10)*7=318.5 shares. Thus, according to the principle of rounding down to the unit, shareholder A will have the right to buy 318 shares.
          - Plan for handling fractional shares and unsold shares:
. For the odd number of shares or shares that investors have not registered to buy or paid for, the General Meeting of Shareholders authorizes the Board of Directors of the Company to distribute to  investors, who are interested in, at the prices not lower than the offering price to outstanding shareholders. These shares will be restricted from transfer for 1 year from the date of completion of the offering.
​The company commits to handle fractional shares and shares that investors have not registered to buy or paid for in accordance with the provisions of Article 42 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020, and of Clause 2, Article 195 of the Law on Enterprises No. 59/2020/QH14 dated June 17, 2020.
          - Times for transfer of share purchase rights: Shareholders who own the right to buy shares can transfer their purchase rights to another person and can only transfer it once. The transferee will not be able to transfer them to a third party.
