KLF: Shares could be delisted

On January 4, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced as following: KLF shares are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/202/ND-CP due The company serious violates the information disclosure obligations. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider mandatory delisting of these shares.
HNX requests the company to have feedback on this aforementioned issue within 5 days from this notice.
