HSA: Notice of stock status

 
On January 24, 2024, HNX announces the status of Hestia Joint Stock Company shares (stock code: HSA) as follows: HSA shares are under temporary trading suspension according to Decision No.31/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/01/2024 because HNX considers it is necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors and ensure the stability and safety of the stock market according to the provisions of Point d, Clause 1, Article 46 of the Securities Law; it belongs to the cases according to Point d, Clause 1, Article 35 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
