HNX: Notice on stock status (TTB)

On January 12, 2024, HNX announces the status of Tien Bo Group Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: TTB) as follows: TTB stock is under trading suspension since January 19, 2024 under Decision No. 14/QD-SGDHN dated January 12, 2024 as the Company was forced into delisting out of serious violations on information disclosure under Point d Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
